A unique concoction of yogurt, banana, and maple, this cold drink is surprisingly good. This recipe is from a "country style" recipe collection I picked up at auction that spans several generations and over six decades of great cooking.
3 ounces crushed ice
1/2 very ripe banana
2 ounces vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Combine everything in blender and serve cold.
